Osiris Hoepel
Osiris' interest in diversity and inclusion began in academia. During his bachelor in International Relations and two masters in Political Science and International Law, he researched how communities deal with deep-rooted differences — from post-Apartheid South Africa to the UN Security Council.
That academic foundation proved a strong basis for his current work. The same questions that arise between countries and cultures also arise within organisations. To make that translation, Osiris followed dozens of trainings in mediation, intercultural communication, leadership and behavioural change. That combination of academic depth, international practical experience and continuous development enables him to help organisations move from nice words to tangible impact.
Over the past 15 years, Osiris has trained more than 10,000 people in 28 countries on themes such as diversity, inclusion and equality, personal leadership and human rights. As a master trainer he also educated 235 other trainers. He now brings that experience to the stage — where personal stories and insights from his work make complex themes tangible and recognisable.
